The Project
Electro Automation was appointed by Avison Young to deliver a complete new build installation for Blacks' new distribution depot in Leicestershire. The project required the full range of electrical, security, and building management systems to be specified, installed, and commissioned as a single integrated package within the construction programme.
The scope covered electrical installations, access control, barrier systems, building management systems, intruder and fire alarms, and CCTV. All systems needed to be operational for handover, coordinated with the wider construction project, and specified to handle the operational demands of a large distribution facility.
