Automatic Gates by Electro Automation
Electro Automation supply, install and maintain a superb range of automatic gates and design tailor-made, safe and secure entrances to suit every budget.
All our systems meet or exceed all current Health & Safety legislation and are supported by an excellent after-sales maintenance service.
One of our strengths lies in our ability to match multiple components that can be readily integrated into a larger, custom security solution to meet the customers’ requirements, rather than simply offering “off the shelf” products. Such an example would be designing an entrance system made up of automatic gates, access control and CCTV linking into an intruder alarm.
Design versatility for automation is paramount, using hidden in-ground systems as well as electro-hydraulic rams and sliding gate operators. We can incorporate hydraulic and electronic locking systems and, if required, the gates can be integrated with an Access Control System or other control method.
Automatic gates complete your security perimeter around both homes and commercial premises, and can be a significant deterrent to the opportunist burglar, car thief or vandal.
Our range includes:
- Automatic Sliding Gates
- Automatic Swing Gates
- High Security Automatic Speed Gates

PAS68 is a British Standard classification for vehicle security barriers and provides a comparative method of assessing the performance of any system designed to stop vehicles. It gives requirements and specifications for security barriers to assist in the prevention of terrorism and crime, and identifies vehicle criteria and impact tolerance that must be met in order to conform to it.
PAS68 is the latest Publicly Available Specification for vehicle security barriers. It has become the UK’s standard and the security industry’s benchmark for HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) equipment, and is the specification against which perimeter security equipment is tested as part of the ongoing research to prevent VBIED (Vehicle Born Improvised Explosive Device) attacks.
