Service Engineer

Your Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of automatic gates, barriers, automatic doors, and turnstile systems in accordance with relevant industry standards
Servicing and fault diagnosis on access control equipment
Providing excellent customer service onsite and recommending solutions to customers
Completing detailed reports and ensuring compliance with health and safety

Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise
• Experience in gate and door automation, barriers, or similar electro-mechanical systems
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A genuine pride in your work and attention to detail
• Experience working with computers/tablets
Desirable Skills
Experience with Traka key locker systems or other integrated security solutions. Background on large-scale, multi-site enterprise deployments. Relevant certifications in electronic security or access control. Previous experience in a lead commissioning or project engineer capacity.
Working Hours & Package
Commissioning completed on schedule, to spec, and with zero outstanding defects at handover. Clients and project managers speak highly of your technical ability and professionalism. Accurate, complete records submitted for every project with no gaps. Established as a go-to technical resource within the security business unit.
