Product Overview
Electro Automation supplies, installs, and maintains high-speed bi-folding gates designed for locations where security, speed, and reliability are critical. These systems provide controlled vehicle access without delays, making them ideal for high-security and high-traffic sites.
Engineered for intensive use, the gates combine robust construction with rapid operation, supporting demanding environments across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Operation & Integration
Folding gates operate with high-speed opening and closing cycles of approximately 1 metre per second, enabling efficient throughput of up to 450 vehicles per hour. Designed for continuous operation, they offer a 100% duty cycle and a tested lifespan of up to 1.5 million movements.
Systems can be configured as top-driven, bottom-driven, or trackless depending on site layout and clearance requirements. Top-driven systems are well suited to controlled traffic environments such as internal car parks, while bottom-driven configurations accommodate entrances without height restrictions. All systems are engineered for safe pedestrian and vehicle management and are fully compliant with EN safety standards.
Installation & Support
Folding gate systems are delivered with full installation and lifecycle support, ensuring reliable performance in high-security and high-traffic environments. Installation is tailored to site conditions, with options for top-driven, bottom-driven, or trackless configurations to suit spatial and structural requirements.
Systems are set up for high-speed, continuous operation, enabling efficient vehicle flow from day one. Built for intensive use, ongoing servicing and maintenance support long-term durability, safety compliance, and consistent performance across demanding applications.
