Product Overview
Electro Automation traffic control barriers provide automated vehicle access management for commercial, industrial, and public environments. Designed for high-frequency operation, the systems are commonly used in car parks, staff entrances, residential developments, logistics facilities, and secure access points.
Available in a wide range of configurations and beam lengths, the barriers are engineered to deliver reliable operation, controlled vehicle flow, and long-term durability in demanding environments. Models are available for both standard and intensive-use applications, including systems capable of continuous operation throughout the day.

Operation & Integration
The barriers operate using electro-mechanical automation systems designed for smooth and controlled movement, with opening and closing speeds ranging from approximately 1 to 6 seconds depending on configuration. Systems can function independently or integrate with wider security and parking infrastructure including intercoms, access control platforms, ANPR, induction loop detectors, visitor processing systems, and payment technologies.
Safety features such as loop detection ensure the barrier operates safely around vehicles, while programmable LED lighting can provide clear visual status indication during operation. Options are available for articulated beams, rigid arms, and custom spans for restricted or specialist environments.
Installation & Support
Barrier systems are configured according to site traffic volumes, lane widths, clearance restrictions, and operational requirements. Installations can support beam lengths from smaller access lanes through to wide-span vehicle entrances, including specialist configurations for larger road widths.
Mechanical designs with high duty ratings support long-term operation in demanding sites, while manual release systems allow operation during power failure scenarios. Electro Automation provides installation, commissioning, servicing, and ongoing technical support, backed by nationwide engineering coverage and extensive spare parts availability to minimise operational downtime.
