Product Overview
NEAT Fusion is a fully integrated automated gate system designed to simplify the traditional gate installation process. Manufactured in NEAT’s Dublin facility, the system combines the gates, posts, automation, and wiring into a single pre-assembled structure before delivery.
This approach removes much of the complexity normally associated with coordinating multiple contractors, helping streamline installation while maintaining high manufacturing standards. Built using premium aluminium, the system combines modern aesthetics with long-term durability, offering a lightweight and corrosion-resistant solution suitable for residential and commercial properties.
Operation & Integration
The system is factory-installed, wired, configured, and tested before leaving the manufacturing facility, ensuring all automation components operate as intended on arrival. Automation options support a wide range of control devices including remote transmitters, intercom systems, GSM switches, and biometric access controls.
The lightweight aluminium construction reduces operational strain on moving components, supporting smoother performance and improved longevity. Available in sliding and swing gate configurations, the system integrates security, convenience, and access control into a single engineered solution.
Installation & Support
NEAT Fusion is designed to minimise onsite works by delivering the complete gate structure pre-hung and pre-configured. Installation primarily involves preparing the trench and foundation area, positioning the structure, and connecting the power supply using pre-wired connections. This significantly reduces installation time and dependency on multiple trades.
Systems can be professionally installed or fitted by competent tradespersons, depending on project requirements. Ongoing reliability is supported through robust mechanical fixings, stainless steel hinging systems, and premium powder-coated finishes with guarantees of up to 10 years.
