Your Responsibilities
Commission, install, and maintain automated gates, barriers, doors, bollards, and parking systems. Service and maintain Electro Automation products across a wide and varied customer base. Capture all job information accurately in real time on our mobile app. Identify and flag potential issues at all stages — pre-planning, during, and post-installation. Deliver a courteous, professional service to clients and colleagues at all times. Maintain high health and safety standards across all sites. Participate in the shared after-hours service rota.

Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise
Strong electrical background with experience in installation and servicing in real-world environments. Full clean driving licence. Comfortable problem-solving independently and adapting quickly on site. Solid health and safety awareness and behaviour on active sites. A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience as an installation engineer or service engineer in automation or building services. Familiarity with access control, CCTV, or electronic security systems. Experience with EV charger installation or other specialist electrical systems. Relevant electrical trade qualification or certification.

Installations and service jobs completed on time with high-quality outcomes logged accurately. Clients consistently satisfied with the professionalism and quality of your work. Low recall rates and strong first-time fix performance on service calls. Growing familiarity with our full product range and the ability to work more independently over time.
