Our best-selling automatic sliding gates use electromechanical operator which transmits movement to the gate leaf by means of a rack and pinion to the sliding gate. The irreversible system ensures that the gate is mechanically locked when the motor is not in operation and therefore it is not necessary to install a lock.
The gear motor is equipped with an adjustable mechanical clutch which affords the necessary adjustable anti-crushing safety. A release device allows the gate to be operated manually in the event of a power failure or malfunction.
Depending on the size and weight of the gates, a choice of hydraulic or mechanical operators will ensure that the installation of your automatic gate is trouble free.
Safety is ensured by photocells and safety edges which monitor the gate area during the opening and closing cycle. If activated, this will cause the gates to re-open and to remain open until deactivated.
