Recruitment Business Partner

 

 

This is a key role within Electro Automation and is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing methods as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches to support hiring the best talent for our teams. We are looking for a recruitment specialist that can excel in a fast-paced, ever changing, environment with demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management throughout the entire hiring & onboarding process.

Internal & External Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both new and existing employees and contractors
  • Collaborate with & support Line Managers on drafting job descriptions
  • Ensure that recruitment authorisation processes are completed by line managers
  • Ensure job postings are accurate and managed within specific timeframes
  • Sourcing candidates, generating leads and building a pipeline
  • Scheduling & conducting phone, onsite and remote interviews
  • Gather feedback from interview panels and ensure a final decision is agreed upon, & candidate feedback takes place
  • Be responsible for the retention of all records in accordance with legislative requirements

Onboarding

  • Documentation management, reference and background checking, contracts and liaising with our outsourced HR Business Partner.
  • Delivering our HR induction to new hires
  • Liaising with line managers prior to start date, new equipment organisation

Reporting

  • Provide a monthly report to our senior management team to include KPI’s and metrics, share recruitment updates
  • Ad hoc reports around salary surveys, benchmarking within the market etc.

Contractor Management

  • Drafting SLA’s and monitoring SLA renewals
  • Relationship management
  • Liaise with senior management team in terms of business requirements peaks and workflows

Other

  • Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency based assessments during interviews
  • Effectively leverage social media tools in alignment with our social media and branding guidelines
  • Understand hiring plans and recruiting priorities to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.

Work Experience, education required

  • A recognised HR qualification to degree level is preferable. Membership of CIPD an advantage
  • Over 5 years proven HR/Recruitment experience, including knowledge of HR practice and legislation.
  • Previous recruitment experience in varied sectors desirable.
  • The ability to demonstrate sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline.
  • A flexible approach to organisational change, development and commitment to providing best practice.
  • Undertake your work in a manner that is friendly, flexible and ensure new employees feel welcome in their new teams, supporting an open and collaborative environment
